REFUND POLICY

At SCULPT by Sanura, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness programs, coaching, and digital content.
Because of the nature of our services and offerings, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the digital and/or customized nature of our products and coaching services, all sales are final. This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  • Digital downloads 

  • Membership subscriptions 

  • 1:1 coaching, virtual coaching, or consultation sessions

  • Challenges, workshops, or pre-built programs

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of results, missed sessions, or schedule conflicts.

 

 

2. Subscriptions & Memberships

 

All subscription payments are billed automatically based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You may cancel your membership at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.

 

Please make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

 

 

3. Coaching Services

 

1:1 coaching packages are non-refundable once services have started. If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, please reach out before enrolling.

 

 

4. Technical Issues

 

If you experience a technical issue with your download or account access, please contact us at sculptbysanura@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure access to your product.

5. Chargebacks

 

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us violates this policy and may result in revoked access to all current and future SCULPT by Sanura programs and services.
