Due to the digital nature of the music and products offered on this site (including but not limited to MP3s, WAV files, instrumental packs, remixable stems, and other downloads), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.​​​

2. Incorrect or Failed Downloads

 

If you experience issues with a download or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following info:

 

• Order confirmation number

• A brief description of the issue

• Your email used at checkout

 

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, either by re-sending the correct files or troubleshooting your access. Direct all download inquiries to:

3. Unauthorized Purchases

 

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We are not responsible for purchases made without the account holder’s permission.

Please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most technical or product-related issues can be resolved quickly. Repeated chargeback attempts may result in a ban from future purchases.

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or size exchanges, so please double-check your order and size selection before checking out.

 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost (subject to availability).
